Many Digimon are seen for miles. This large area is home to many Digimon, such as Biyomon, Leomon, Elecmon, and more. It is always extremely hot here, at least, during the day. At night, it's below freezing.

*Andre entered the open plains*
"Phew! What a day. I dunno about you, but I'm starving" He and Hawkmon sat against a lone rock jutting from the plains, sheltered from the sun. Andre took out the food which was originally to be his school lunch, two halves of a dry sandwich. He tossed Hawkmon a piece and sat down. A shadow passed over their heads. "What was that?" Hawkmon asked. "I don't know...We'd better be careful. We could be seen for miles around in this place..."

"Oh, no no no no no...RUN!" Andre and Hawkmon turned tail and began sprinting away from the figure on the horizon, completely unaware of who it was.
