Beta 3: Grandond Park

(Rules for Beta 3 Below)

1- You must enter the teleporter in the Secret Room in Beta 2 in order to get to Beta 3
2- The first location you enter in the Beta 3 Teleporter is the Makuzah Train Station
3- As you read in the Makuzah Train Station, where you entered Beta 3, your Digimon does not follow you. Just have your character call out, and your Digimon should come out of hidding and appear with you.


The park is small, but still filled with children. Time passes, and the children begin to go home with their parents. Around you are slides, monkey bars and water fountains. Looking up, you can see airplanes flying overhead. It begins to become nightfall, and all the apartment buildings light up.

* Ice enters Grandond Park *

Ice walks down a slightly mossy, cobblestone path that winds through the park.
"Renamon, do you think I should make my own team?" I ask.
"That's up to you, Icelsius." Renamon replied.
"HEY!" I scream as renamon runs ahead.

*Me and renamon run around the park, chasing each other for a while, then leave.*

*Evan enters the park*

I walk over and get a drink from the fountain. I whip my face clean with the back of my arm. I walk over and take a seat on a bench. "Agumon..." I call out. Agumon jumps out from behind the bench. "Yeah, buddy?" He asks me. "You've never met my sister or parents, have you?" I ask him. He shakes his head. I sigh.

*Hessel enters the park*

I walk up to Evan. He looks at me like he knew I was coming
I say: "alright I am ready to talk. Now... tell me what you want to tell me. Oh, and if you don't got anything, my 157784630 years of training will be unleashed for you!"

"What I want is for you to tell me why you're so evil. Why don't you just join us?" I ask him. "And no, I'm not going to battle you. I think I'm just going to head home for a while." I give him a laugh and walk away. Before I leave the park, I quickly tell Agumon to get ready. He jumps out in front of me, in a fighting stance. "On second thought, fighting is a good way to stay active." I laugh.

"I will never join you guys!" I say angered, "You are a pest! I hate you even more then my parents!"
Tears fill my eyes. I looks away so evan doesn't see any tears.

"Um...Are you okay?" I ask him. "Are...Are you crying?" I added. Agumon and I got out of our fighting positions. "And why do you keep bringing up your parents? What's going on?"

"You won't understand" I say, you can easily hear that I am almost crying, "You had parents that loved you! mine don't even care about me!"
I turn around. One tear leaked out.
and I add: "when I thought about leaving them a dark grim came up. I heard a voice. That was the voice of ShinegreymonRuinMode! he said he could make me strong. AND I DID BECOME STRONG!!! I DON'T NEED MY PARENTS!!! I DON'T NEED ANYONE!!!"

* Ice hops down from the trees with renamon, hearing everything. *

"Psh, you guys are lucky" I say, "My parents were the only victims of a fire that burned down my whole home town."

A tear begins to form in my eye, and my hands start shaking.

"I ran away 5 days before that, i saw it on the news." I continued, sounding like i could burst into tears any second, "And when i heard about the village fire, I... I..."

I burst into tears right then, and renamon comforts me, then carries me into the trees, and away from the park.

* Ice leaves the park *

"I wish my parents were in Ice's house."
I say just a tat away from bursting into tears

"Guys..." I try to cheer them up, but to no prevail. I start to feel sad about my family too. I haven't seen them in, what feels like, ages. Agumon walks over and pats me on the back. I give a grin. "Hessel, you and me, know! I know the only thing that'll cheer you up is a battle!"

"huh?" I say, "eeh... I-I-I'm sorry, but no" I ran of to a bench far away from evan and agumon.
while I run, tears fall on the ground leaving a trail of sadness behind me.
I sit there and BlackAgumon tries to cheer me up.
I was surprised and said: "Bla-BlackAgumon? why do you try to cheer me up"
"I want you to be happy boss!" he said.
I was really surprised and said: "but why? I thought the bond of a digimon and human didn't matter. I think I am wrong! BlackAgumon I am going to join team 16!"

Evan runs after me and thinks I am still said because he didn't hear a thing

I walk over to Hessel and tell him bye, along with Ice. I walk with Agumon out of the park and into the distance.

*Evan left the Park*

"NO WAIT" I yell to late
"I WANTED TO SAY THAT.. PLEASE COME BACK!"
I run after evan, but I lost him

* Ice enters the park *

Ice runs around, he has an idea, and it's still fresh in his mind.

"AHA!" He yells, eying a shadowy man like a beast eyes it's prey.

The shadow, staggers, and falls back, when Ice steps up to him.

"now," Ice says, "Who are you and what do you want from me?"

"I'm..." the shadow says weakly, "Dorumon..."

Ice lifts his foot, and renamon bends down,

"You are quite the pursuer little Dorumon." she says.

"I'm here... to tell you... that there is a mistake..." Dorumon says.

"A mistake?" Ice ask, "everything seems fine!"

"I should have been your partner..." Dorumon says again.

Ice looks at renamon, then at dorumon, then back to renamon.

"So is this goodbye?" Ice asks Renamon, his voice shaking.

"It seems so." Renamon replies.

Even though Renamon is a computer program, Data, if you may, Ice could see tears forming in Renamons eye's, as well as tears forming in his.

Renamon faded away, and Dorumon stood up.

"So..." Ice says, "I guess this is a new beginning?"

* Ice leaves the park *

OOC: Well, in case you are wondering, Ice's idea was this:

If the shadow pursuer had been tracking him down, then it would have gone through the teleporter with him.
